Abstract

Yoga Asanas have many benefits, including promoting physical health, emotional stability, and inner peace. Yoga can teach children self-awareness, leading them to engage in positive activities. Discipline and perseverance are necessary for effective yoga practice. To maximize the benefits, yoga should be practiced regularly, rather than sporadically. Yoga Asanas for children are performed in a relaxed and enjoyable manner to prevent boredom. The activities include prayer, imitating animal movements, and relaxation techniques. Engaging in Yoga Asanas helps children become healthier, cultivate positive energy, develop mental tranquility, and ultimately nurturing their spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence arises from a person’s inner self and encourages positive thinking, also enabling them to evolve into well-rounded individuals. Fostering spiritual intelligence in children should commence at an early age, with the aim of raising individuals who possess inner sensitivity and compassion towards themselves and others. Developing spiritual intelligence allows children to better understand their own identities, strengths, weaknesses, and how to compensate for shortcomings while maximizing their strengths on the path to future success.
