Yoga is associated with improved health, flexibility, muscle strength, posture, stress relief, improved focus, and emotional management. This positive impact of yoga attracts tourists seeking to enhance their physical and mental well-being, emphasizing the need for effective marketing strategies and tailored yoga programs.
Additionally, articles address the challenge of preserving yoga's spiritual values and authenticity in commercial tourism. Balancing the industry's growth with preserving yoga's original essence is an ongoing challenge.
