Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to explain the benefits of mindfulness in life for a person. In this case, a person achieves the goal of a happy life. Apart from that, this article also explains the benefits of yoga in life , which provides many benefits for the body, from mental health, physical health, to beauty , if done regularly. The relationship between the benefits of mindfulness and the benefits of yoga for life indicates that yoga is a basic thing that contributes greatly to optimizing mindfulness.
